On Friday 27th January, a group of Year 4 children attended Cornerstone Academy for a multi-sports afternoon. The idea of the afternoon was fun and participation. During the event, the children took part in 4 different games: Benchball, Dodgeball, Football and Capture the Flag. 

There was a mixture of schools who attended and the children had the chance to compete with and against other children. It was great to see how welcoming and friendly all the children were, especially when playing on the same team as other children from different schools.

As always, the children were impeccably well-behaved and a credit to Springdale. The whole afternoon was full of laughter, smiles and a lot of running around.
