It has been a busy but successful half term for Springdale sporting teams this half term with another group of Year 4 children making their way to East Dorset Tennis club for a Tennis Skills festival.

With the sun shining, the children made the most of the day enjoying a range of activities to help improve their hand-eye coordination, balance and agility, and tennis skills. During each event, children were able to score points with the winners being announced at the end of the day.

I am proud to say that Springdale placed 1^st and 3^rd for the day which is a magnificent effort. 

Again, a massive thank you must be said to the parents who were able to help with transport and who stayed to watch. The children greatly appreciate the opportunity to attend these events and it is wonderful to see them thrive outside of the classroom.
