Year 4 Sports Ambassador Training

On Monday 10th October, eight of our Year 4 children attended Ferndown Leisure Centre to undergo their Sports Ambassador Training. Sports Ambassadors are children who have a passion for sport and helping others, and they play a vital role in organising fun games and activities for children to enjoy at breaktime.

The children learnt a number of different games to play as well as different skills needed to be a successful leader such as communication, organisation, responsibility, and most of all how to have fun!

During the day, the children's behaviour was impeccable, and they need to be commended on representing Springdale in such a wonderful way. We look forward to seeing these new Sports Ambassadors in the playground soon.
